Added a condition to ensure that either the student's registration state enrollment date is on or after the first day of the registration calendar, or the entry code for the student registration entry is 02. This applies to all the following sections:

a. In Compliance (Completed)

b. Waiver

c. Waiver

d. Waiver

e. Approved

f. Religious Objection

g. Not Completed (Not in Compliance)
