CA CALPADS Student Expanded Learning Programs

Implemented the following changes:

• Updated the Download processing to include students who have participated in Expanded Learning Programs.

• Assigned the override value for LEAP Days based on the district-defined page - Expanded Learning Program Days.

• Enhanced processing to calculate LEAP Days using the Expanded Learning Program's start and end dates when no value is provided in the district-defined page. This calculation applies only if the program dates fall between the student's entry date and withdrawal date.

• Updated processing to display an error message if the LEAP Days value is not between 0 and 300.

Implemented the following validation:

• If the first name is provided but the last name is missing (or vice versa), an error will be displayed to ensure both names are entered together.

  • Error message: Student XXX has Guardian 2 First Name, but Guardian 2 Last Name is missing.

  • Error message: Student XXX has Guardian 2 Last Name, but Guardian 2 First Name is missing.

• If the Guardian 2's first and last names are provided but the education level is missing, the education level will default to 15.

• If the first and last names of the Guardian are blank, the education level will remain blank.
