Fixed an issue where invalid DyslexiaScreeningExceptionReason values caused 400 and fatal errors. Now, users will no longer encounter these errors as invalid or blank values are automatically excluded during publishing.

Added support for publishing the Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator for Discipline Action records with Action Code 30. The indicator now publishes a value of true or false based on the corresponding flag on the Offender Detail screen, ensuring compliance with TEA reporting requirements.

PowerSchool SIS: Fix for Missing Safe Supportive School Program Team Review Causing Fatal Error

Resolved an issue where SafeSupportiveSchoolProgramTeamReview was not publishing when set to "No" for Student Incident Behavior records.
With this fix, the value now correctly publishes as per the updated logic, preventing Fatal Error 44425-0077.
