Implemented publishing of the Ratio Waiver List Product Used field under the Student Education Organization Association entity in DEX. The value is sourced from the Accelerated Instruction screen and published as true, false, and omitted when blank.

eSchoolPlus: Corrected Student Section End Date Logic for Dropped Courses

Resolved an issue where DEX published section end dates using marking period end dates instead of actual drop dates. End dates now correctly publish using the student’s drop date when it occurs before the marking period end date.
