When districts correct a student record that was in Dependency (for example, by adding a missing Unique ID) and then manually republish it, the record now moves into Publishing right away and then to Successfully Published, instead of remaining in Dependency.

Student-related dependency records that previously showed the student’s name as [Never published] in the Student Academic Records and Student Section Associations dashboards will now display the correct student’s name, even when the underlying student record has not yet been published.
