Student Success Plan

Teacher Access allows teachers to view and manage student success plans. Success plans are defined to address specific issues that are indicated as reasons for the plan. Interventions will be assigned as needed to record what steps are being taken to address the student's needs. Teachers record progress as prescribed in the intervention. Students and parents may also have goals defined that address the student's needs. As needed, comments can be entered for the goals to record progress or other information.

If permitted, you can:

Create a success plan. You may be able to add a reason that has not been previously identified.

Assign interventions for a plan

Record progress for the student's interventions

View student goal information and enter comments to record progress

View parent goal information and enter comments to record progress
