Enter Intervention Progress

Use this procedure to step through selecting an intervention, entering progress marks and notes, and saving your records.

The frequency that progress can be reported may be different for each student. Students may need progress reported daily, weekly, on selected dates, or only as needed. Regardless of the frequency of progress reporting assigned to a student, you can always create a new intervention progress date to report progress as needed. If you add a note or enter a mark, a progress record is saved for that date.

Enter intervention progress information

  1. From Interventions, select SSP Interventions to open the SSP Interventions page.
  2. Click Change to select the intervention you want to work with.
  3. Select the intervention, and then click OK.
  4. To enter progress for dates in the current week, skip to Step 5. Otherwise, update the progress date information and click Refresh.
    • To display the progress dates based on a specified time interval for a student, select the Date Range option, and specify the start and end date of the range.
    • To display a progress date record for all students for a specific date, select Specific Date, and specify the date.
  5. Enter the progress information as needed.
Marks - Enter the grade for the mark type. Type the desired grade or click the down arrow to select the grade from a list of valid grades.
Notes - Enter text up to 255 characters explaining the student's progress. If the Notes fields are not displayed, click Show Notes.
  6. To spell check notes on the page, click Spell Check. When you have completed the spell check, click OK to keep the changes.
  7. Click Save. The progress information for a date is only saved if you entered a note or mark for the student.
