Assign Student Success Plan Interventions

On this page:

As you work with students to provide interventions for student success plans, you can add or edit your interventions for the student, if your district administrator has enabled it.

You can add interventions that you are responsible for administering. If another teacher will evaluate the student's progress, then the intervention must be added in eSchoolPlus. Interventions added in Teacher Access are assigned to the teacher who creates the intervention.

As you provide interventions, you will regularly report on intervention progress for all students assigned to you for the intervention.

Edit an intervention

To enter a completion date or general notes for an intervention, edit the intervention. You can also enter progress notes and marks for the student.

After an intervention has been saved, the intervention type cannot be changed; if the intervention needs to be corrected, you must delete the intervention and add a new one.

  1. From Interventions, select SSP Interventions to open the SSP Interventions page.

  2. Click Change to select the intervention you want to work with.

  3. Select the intervention, and then click OK.

  4. Click the link on any of the intervention dates for the student.

  5. On the SSP Interventions page, make changes to the intervention as needed.

  6. Click Save.

  7. To navigate back to the list of students for an intervention, click Return to the Interventions list.
