Administration > General Setup > District > Validation Tables > select New Jersey State Reporting

You can click on any NJ SMART table, and it will open a list of all existing codes. The following list of tables on the New Jersey State Reporting tab will be pre-populated by PowerSchool with the state-defined codes.

Building District-Defined Page Setup

Administration > Registration Setup > Building District Defined > High School GPA Basis

Field	Field Description
High School GPA Basis	Scale used for calculating GPA, such as 4.00 or 100.00. This is reported in the NJ SMART Optional Credits Earned Information submission file.

District District-Defined Page Setup

Administration > General Setup > District District Defined > NJ DOE Choice District

Field	Field Description
Choice District	Checked if the district is considered to be a Choice District as defined by NJ DOE. This setting is used to validate District-Attending entries for students identified with Tuition Code 06 on the NJ SMART Info page.
