Progress Reports Verification Sheets Page

On this page:

Use this report to print the progress marks, comments, and absence information for students. This report can be distributed to teachers for verification purposes. The report only lists information for students who have information entered for the selected progress report date. To help teachers compare a student's progress, the report also includes values from the prior progress report date.

If you select a date that was defined to be an eligibility run (Eligibility checkbox is selected for the progress report date on the Progress Report Runs page), the report only lists students who are participating in an activity that is defined to use eligibility for the marking period. If the report is not listing students that you expected, review the Progress Report Runs definitions to make sure that the date is set up correctly.

If the verification sheets should include class attendance totals that are transferred from attendance, run the Mark Reporting > Utilities > Calculations > Transfer Class Attendance to PR option. For more information, refer to Transfer Class Attendance to PR Page.

Run Progress Reports Verification Sheets

  1. Select Mark Reporting > Entry & Reports > Progress Reports > Verification Sheets.
  2. Specify the report options.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Prompts Panel

Select the building for which you want to print verification sheets.

Progress Report Date

Select the progress report run date for the run you want to print.

You can only run this report for progress report runs that have a defined run date; you cannot run it for individual progress reports. For more information, refer to Overview of Progress Dates.

If the selected progress report run is defined as an Eligibility run, then the report will only list students participating in an activity that is defined to use eligibility for the marking period. If the teacher has entered marks for any other students, the progress information entered will not print on the verification sheets.

Log Statistics

Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs

Sort Panel

Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
