At Risk Summary Search Page

Use this page to search for and display students and their at risk status and factors. The At Risk Summary Search page lists the students found and displays their overall at risk status, as well as the status of their individual factors. You can click on the link in the At Risk column to display the student's At Risk Detail page. The factors listed are defined by your district on the At Risk Factors page.

View At Risk Summary records

You can view the at risk status and at risk factors for a selected group of students.

1. Select Interventions > All > Office > At Risk Summary.
2. To display a list of students on the Search Results panel or to change the current list, enter values on the Search Criteria panel and click Load.

Display the student's At Risk Detail page

1. Select Interventions > All > Office > At Risk Summary.
2. If the desired student does display on the Search Results panel, enter values on the Search Criteria panel and click Load.
3. Click the link in the At Risk column for the student.

Display the Student Summary page

You can display the Student Summary page from a link on the At Risk Summary Search page.

1. Select Interventions > All > Office > At Risk Summary.
2. If the desired student does display on the Search Results panel, enter values on the Search Criteria panel and click Load.
3. Click the student's name to display their summary page.

Search Criteria Panel (Simple mode)

You can use partial entries in the Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name fields to search for names containing the characters entered. 

Field	Description
Last Name	The student's last name. You can use partial entries to search for names containing the characters entered.
First Name	The student's first name. You can use partial entries to search for names containing the characters entered.
Middle Name	The student's middle name or initial. You can use partial entries to search for names containing the characters entered.
Student ID	The student's district-assigned identification number.
Building	The student's building, as entered in the Registration page. In the next year environment, this refers to the student's next year building. In prior years, this refers to the student's building in Entry/Withdrawal. You can select only one building. To select multiple buildings, run an advanced search.
Current Status	The current status of the students to select. P - Pre-Registered Selects students who are pre-registered for the next school year. A - Active Selects students who are actively enrolled. I - Inactive Selects students who are no longer enrolled. G - Graduated Selects students who have a status of graduated. Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click (asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.
Grade	The student's grade. In the next year environment, this refers to the student's next year grade. Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click (asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.
Factor Code	The factor's code.

Use Advanced mode for more control in limiting the number of results displayed. You may need to click  

Search Results Panel

This panel displays the students found in your search and lists their ID, Building, and Grade. Each student's at risk status is displayed as a link to the At Risk Detail page, and the student's name is displayed as a link to the Student Summary page.

Each at risk factor is displayed as a column, and each former or current at risk factor is indicated as a yellow (Former At Risk) or red (At Risk) flag on the student's row.

	A red flag indicates an at risk status. Depending on how the factor is set up, this could affect the student's overall status. For additional information, refer to the descriptions of the At Risk and Last Calculated fields on the Overall At Risk panel of the At Risk Detail page.
	A yellow flag indicates the student was formerly at risk in regards to the factor. The availability of the Former indicator depends on how the factor is set up.
blank	If the field is blank, the student is not currently at risk regarding the factor.
