Prerequisites

Verify that Validation Tables have the correct State Code Equivs. See Discipline Validation Tables for section information.
Verify that Discipline Incidents have been entered/updated properly. See the Discipline Incident Reporting Overview section for specific information.
Verify that Discipline Incidents have been entered for Truancy. This can be done manually (Entering Truancy Incidents) or by using the Attendance Notifications (Attendance Notifications Attendance Criteria Setup to Create Discipline Incidents) process.

Special Location Fact Templates

As part of the PIMS Location Fact, the state has added Fire Drill and Bus Evacuation templates. Currently there is no feature in eSchoolPlus to process these templates. They must be edited manually. Listed below are designated codes for selected fields on the Location Fact template.

Fire Drill Template

Primary Measure Type	INDICATOR
Indicator	Y or N	Indicates if a drill was conducted during the month reported in Category 3 field.
Date	Format YYYY-MM-DD
Comment	Description up to 250 characters	This field is REQUIRED if Category 4 = '03'

Bus Evacuation

Primary Measure Type	INDICATOR
Indicator	Y or N	Indicates if a drill was conducted. Y if Category 3 = FIRSTDAY, FALL, or MARCH N if Category 3 = NOBUS
Date	Format YYYY-MM-DD	If Category 3 = FIRSTDAY, enter the date of the first day of school. If Category 3 = FALL, enter the date of the Fall evacuation drill. If Category 3 = MARCH, enter the date of the March evacuation drill.
Comment	Description up to 250 characters	This field is REQUIRED if Category 3 = NOBUS
