Note about Offense Actions Validation Table: A Severity Level column has been added. For Remedial Program actions (R1 – R9), enter a -1 (minus one) in the Severity Level column. For Sanction Codes, the severity should be set like this (the most severe action should have the highest Severity Level and the least severe should have the lowest Severity Level):

In Pennsylvania, there are no State Reporting requirements regarding whether or not you track Action Occurrences. You may also have multiple offenses per incident.
