Maryland High School Data Collection Download/Extract

Added new columns to the Maryland High School Data Collection report Download and Extract files to align with the state file layout requirements. These columns will be included in the output but will remain blank for districts to populate externally, as needed.

  3. Completion Code

  4. Direct Certification

  5. Gifted/Talented

  6. CCR Option 1: 10th Grade GPA and Math Mastery

  7. CCR Option 2/D: Assessment

  8. CCR Option E: Alternate Assessment

  9. CCR Option A: 11th/12th Grade GPA and Math Mastery

  10. CCR Option B: College Courses

  11. CCR Option C: Advanced Academics Exams (AP and IB)

  12. CCR Option G: Career and Technical Education- IRC

  13. CCR Option H: Career and Technical Education- Apprenticeship

  14. CCR Option F: Career Aptitude ACT WorkKeys

  15. CCR Option I: Career Aptitude ASVAB

These columns have also been added to the Download Search and Summary pages to ensure consistency across the Maryland High School Data Collection reporting workflow.
