School Choice

This field indicates why the student is attending your district instead of his/her district of residence. This field is program tracked. Click on the hyperlink to update the start date or end date and select the value.

Priv Student Attend Part-time

This field indicates whether the student is a Private Student attending classes in your district part-time. This field is program tracked. Click on the hyperlink to update the start date or end date and select the value.

As of the 2012-2013 school year, this value is table-validated. Previously, it was a checkbox.

Home School Attend Part-Time

This field indicates whether the student is a Home-Schooled Student attending classes in your district part-time. This field is program tracked. Click on the hyperlink to update the start date or end date and select the value.

Foreign Student with Visa

This field indicates whether the student is a Foreign Student with an F1 Visa attending classes in your district. It also shows the type of Visa held by the student, if any. This field is program tracked. Click on the hyperlink to update the start date or end date and select the value.

Student in Foster Care

This field indicates whether the student is in Foster Care. This field is program tracked. Click on the hyperlink to update the start date or end date and select the value.

As of the 2013-2014 school year, this program setting is no longer collected in the District Student file.

Interdistrict Agreement

This field indicates whether or not there is an Interdistrict Agreement in place for this student to attend your district. This field is program tracked. Click on the hyperlink to update the start or end dates and the value. A Yes here means that the student will be counted on the Interdistrict FTE Report.

Unaccompanied Youth

This field indicates if the student is not in the physical custody of a parent or guardian. This field is program tracked. Click the hyperlink to update start and end dates and the value.

College Bound Scholarship

This field indicates if the student is eligible and signed up for the College Bound Scholarship program. This is a program-tracked field. Click the hyperlink to update start or end dates and the value.

Majority Special Ed Provider

This field only applies for Special Education students attending in your district under an Interdistrict Agreement. The WA FTE Reports option uses it to determine if the student gets counted in a building's Special Education Enrollment Report.

Indicate whether your district is considered the majority provider of special education services for the student. If yes, select the checkbox for the appropriate date range.

1418 Reengagement Participant

This field indicates whether the student is participating in a 1418 Open Doors Youth Reengagement Program. This field is program tracked. Click on the hyperlink to update the start date or end date and select the value.

Truancy Action

This field indicates whether the student as a result of Truancy, has a Truancy Petition filed against them in Juvenile Court, has been referred to a Community Truancy Board, has had other Coordinated Means of Intervention applied to them, has a Hearing in Juvenile Court and has appeared in front of a judge, has been assigned Other Less Restrictive Dispositions, or has been assigned Detention for Failure to Comply with Court Order. Select one of the options from the dropdown box.

WA Reading Corps Literacy Supp

This field indicates whether the student has received literacy support services through a WRC program in the enrolled school. If yes, select the checkbox.
