Student Data For Washington State Reporting
There are several pages in eSchoolPLUS that are used to track information about a student specifically for State reporting. The following list gives a brief description of the type of data on each page and the following pages show each page and describe each data element on the pages in detail.

WA Bilingual | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA Bilingual | This page stores information specific to bi-lingual students that the State requires you to report. |
WA Special Education | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA Special Education | This page stores information specific to Special Education students that the State requires you to report. |
WA Title I/III | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA Title I/III | This page stores information specific to the Title I and Title III programs. |

WA LAP | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA LAP | If a student is participating in any Learning Assistance Programs (LAP) you will enter information about it on this page. |
WA Alias Names | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA Alias Names | If a student is known by another name or names, enter them on this page. This will be used on the transcript. |
WA FTE Override/Maximum | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA FTE Override/Maximum | If you need to change the defaulted FTE Maximum or Override value(s) for a student, you will use this page. |
WA Title VII | Registration > Entry & Reports > Student District Defined > WA Title VII | If a student is receiving Indian Education Support Services under Title VII, enter the data here. |
WA Student Summary | Regulatory > Summary > Student > Student Summary | After you have downloaded data about a student to be sent to the State, you may view the data for each file for the student here. |
