Graduation Requirements

Graduation Requirements has been changed to use building type to indicate which courses to include. The building type of the master schedule course and the additional building type of the student's mark reporting record (Opt-In indicator) will be used to extract the courses for graduation requirements. Graduation Requirement calculation will not pull all courses in subject areas.

The Graduation Requirement change for WA is not automatically implemented. There is a new Building Level Configuration for Graduation Requirement Building Types (Administration > Registration Setup > Building District Defined > Graduation Requirement Building Types). When a building type is entered for a building in Graduation Requirement Building Types, that building will be using the WA changes for Graduation Requirement calculation. Otherwise, the base Graduation Requirement calculation is used.
