Student Staff Course Linking

Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > Student Linking

Use this page to associate students with Secondary Staff for a Master Schedule course-section. This linking is used to report staff assigned to students for the Master Schedule Collection Student (F) record.

Header Row

The header lists the Secondary Staff member associated with the Master Schedule course, along with the Session number and the service Start and End Dates from the Master Schedule Staff Date Tracking window.

Student List 

 Check the box next to each student you want to associate with the staff member. This allows the Master Schedule Collection download and extract options to build Student (F) records showing students associated with Secondary Staff from Master Schedule records.

Enter the minutes each student is associated with the staff member.

You may need to associate the teacher with all students, or you may have cases where the staff member serves a select group of students.
