Generate Supplemental Graduation Requirement Groups

Use this utility to assign multiple students an endorsement for the Academic page's Supplemental Requirement Group field. This utility adds a supplemental group for a student; it does not update or remove supplemental groups that are already assigned.

To run Generate Supplemental Graduation Requirement Groups

  1. Select Registration > Utilities > Tools > Generate Supplemental Graduation Requirement Groups. The Generate Supplemental Graduation Requirement Groups page displays.
  2. Specify the processing options. For more information, refer to the Fields section.
  3. Use the Filter panel to select students.
  4. Click Run.
  5. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.
Building ListSelect the buildings for the students you are assigning the supplemental requirement group.
Grade(s)Select the grade of the student to which you want to assign the supplemental requirement group. Leave the field blank if you do not want to use grade to limit the students who will be assigned the requirement group.
Supplemental GroupSelect the supplemental requirement group to assign. If a student is already assigned to this group, the student's supplemental requirement groups will not be updated.
