Students

Teacher Access provides easy access to information for the students in your class.

Using Teacher Access, you can:

• Access a student's information for contacts, scheduling, classwork, attendance and mark reporting, click the student's name to open the Student Detail Drawer.
• Refer to the student alerts that display within most class lists to help you stay informed about your students.
• Record notes for a student in the Student Detail Drawer.
• Access documents and other files that have been uploaded as attachments for the student.
• Search for information for a student in the building who is not enrolled in your classes, if permitted.
• Focus your view to one student so you can discuss the student's progress with the student or their guardians without exposing other student information.
