Delete Attachments from Gradebook Assignments

Use this procedure to delete attachments from gradebook assignments. You may delete assignment attachments from either from the Assignment Details drawer of the Gradebook page or from the Assignments tab of the Gradebook Setup page.

Delete an attachment for an assignment from the Gradebook Entry page (Assignment Details drawer)

1. From Gradebook, click Entry to display the Gradebook Entry page.

2. If you are in SBGB Summary Mode, click for GB Entry mode or for SBGB Detail mode on the mode selector .

3. If you need to update the class or marking period, click Change, and make your selections.

4. Click the assignment header of the desired assignment to open the Assignment Details drawer.

5. At the bottom of the drawer, click the Delete link next to the attachment or link.

6. Click OK in the Delete File confirmation box to finalize the deletion.

7. Repeat steps 5-6 if you want to delete more attachments.

8. Click Close.

Delete an assignment attachment from the Gradebook Setup page

1. From Gradebook, click Setup to display the Gradebook Setup page.

2. If you need to update the class or marking period, click Change, and make your selections.

3. Click the Assignments tab to open the Assignments grid.

4. Click  for the desired assignment to open the assignment row for editing.

5. Click in the Attach column to open the Attachments pop-up.

6. Click  next to the Attachments you wish to delete.

7. Click Close to close the Attachments pop-up.

8. Click in the Actions column to complete the changes to the assignment.
