Report Cards Eligibility Calculation Page

Use this page to calculate eligibility for activities based on the Report Card Eligibility Setup for your building. Once you calculate eligibility, you can run the Activity Eligibility report (Registration > Entry & Reports > Reports > Activity Eligibility) to print the list of students who are ineligible to participate in activities.

Calculate eligibility by report cards

  1. Select Registration > Entry & Reports > Eligibility Calculations > Report Cards Calculation.
  2. Specify the report options.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Select the building of the students for calculating eligibility.

RC Run

Select the report card run for calculating eligibility.

Include Inactive Students

Checked if inactive students should be included in the calculation.

Inactive Withdrawal Date

If you selected to include inactive students, specify the withdrawal date to use to select students. Students withdrawn before this date will be excluded from the eligibility calculation.

For example, if you want to calculate eligibility for students who withdrew in the last 2 weeks of marking period 2 ending on 1/20/2017, enter 1/6/2017. Eligibility will not be calculated for students who withdrew before 1/6/2017.

Amount to Log in Statistics File

Indicates the level of detail to include in the log file.


Log Errors Only - to include errors that occur during processing in the log file.
Log All Activity - to include messages for all processing in the log file.

Sort Panel

Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
