Eligibility Calculations

Eligibility status can be calculated based on the following areas:

• Attendance - Attendance Criteria are the basis for the eligibility calculation. The Attendance Criteria Calculation calculates eligibility status.
• Behavior - Behavior Criteria are the basis for the eligibility calculation. The Behavior Criteria Calculation calculates eligibility status.
• Interim progress reports - Progress Report Eligibility Setup is the basis for the eligibility calculation. The Progress Eligibility Calculation calculates eligibility status.
  
• Report cards - Report Card Eligibility Setup is the basis for the eligibility calculation. The Report Cards Eligibility Calculation calculates eligibility status.

After you run the calculations, you have to run Overall Eligibility Calculation to set the student's eligibility status for activities.
