Report Cards At-Risk Calculation Page
Use this page to run the at risk calculation for Report Cards. These calculations generate reasons to identify students who may be at risk based on their report card information. The criteria for determining the reasons that are generated and the thresholds students must meet to be at risk is entered in the Report Card At Risk Setup page.
Calculate at risk by report cards
- Select Interventions > All > At Risk > Report Cards Calculation.
- Specify the report options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.
Fields
Prompts Panel
Field | Description |
---|---|
Building | Select the building of the students for whom you want to calculate at risk reasons. |
RC Run | Select the report card run for which you want to calculate at risk reasons. |
Honor Roll Group(s) to Calculate | Select the at risk groups to use in the calculation. Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click (asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply. |
Include Inactive Students | Checked to include inactive students in the calculation. |
Inactive Withdrawal Date | If you selected to include inactive students, specify the withdrawal date to use to select students. Students withdrawn before this date will be excluded from the at risk calculation. For example, if you want to calculate at risk reasons for students who withdrew in the last 2 weeks of marking period 2 ending on 1/20/2017, enter 1/6/2017. At risk reasons will not be calculated for students who withdrew before 1/6/2017. |
Amount to Log in Statistics File | Indicates the level of detail to include in the log file. Select: Log Errors Only - to include errors that occur during processing in the log file. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
