Progress At-Risk Calculation Page

Use this page to run the at risk calculation for progress reports. The calculation generates reasons to identify students who may be at risk based on their progress report information. The criteria for determining the reasons that are generated and the thresholds for setting students at risk are entered in the Progress At Risk Setup page.

Calculate at risk by progress reports

  1. Select Interventions > All > At Risk > Progress Calculation.
  2. Specify the report options.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.


Prompts Panel




Select the building.

Progress Date

Select the progress report date.

Log Statistics

Indicates the level of detail to include in the log file.


Log Errors Only - to include errors that occur during processing in the log file.
Log All Activity - to include messages for all processing in the log file.
