eSchoolPlus 21.4.7.0 Release

Added support for LTI clients for integrations for eSchoolPlus. The LTI Clients page is used to activate the LTI clients used for tools that use LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability). LTI is a sign-on standard developed by IMS Global allowing web-based resources to be accessed and viewed from within a learning platform.

This feature will support LTI clients as they are released. At this time, there are no clients available for general availability.

Assign the SYSTEM-THIRDPARTY-LTICLIENTS to users who should be able to activate LTI clients.

Added functionality to help teachers manage unmatched students.

After the meeting has been started from TAC and a participant joins the meeting that is not automatically matched to a student, an icon appears on the toolbar. To display a list of unmatched participants with their email addresses and participant name, click the icon. After all the participants are matched to students, the icon changes.

When the teacher clicks Submit Attendance, a warning displays if there are still unmatched participants that could be matched to students so the teacher can decide to continue submitting the attendance or cancel to match additional students.

Course Business Rules did not allow any new rules to be created. This has been resolved.

Quick search by student ID now returns graduated students based on the user's security for the student’s building.

The "Tag rules not satisfied" message was displaying when a student’s totals included courses in the subject area credit that were not part of any tag rule. These courses were causing the calculation to not continue calculating the tag rule totals. This issue has been resolved.

The Registration Mass Update would not open a program if the start date was the same as the end date of the prior program record. In this case, the district was running the mass update process twice. Once to close the program and then again to open a new vector. Now the mass update will open new program records if the start date is the same as the end date of prior program.
