Scheduling > Courses > Building Courses > Building Course Catalog > click Course link
To include a course in the Staff Assignment collection, update the State Course Information panel. Optionally, you may associate several courses with a particular State Course number on the Course Equivalency Page.

For courses that you will report to the State, you must enter a State Course Code. You do not need to change the value in the Number of Parts or Part Number fields.
