NJ Student Download Search

Student Center > Demographic > NJ SMART Search

If you want to search for a group of records in one of the Download tables, use this option.

Select the Record Type (these correspond to the files that are submitted to the State), then select the Start and End Dates used for creating the Download table records. You may further narrow your search results by entering filter criteria in the Search Criteria section. Click Search to see the matching Download table records as shown below.

Clicking a student's name takes you to the NJ Student Summary page.

If you want a file containing the listed data, click the Report button. You can create a pdf file or an Excel document. If you choose pdf, you can add sort and break options in the same manner available in standard Student Center Search results lists.
