• Removed the following fields from the Federal/State Indicator Status report:

  • Career and Professional Academy Identifier (First)

  • Career and Professional Academy Identifier (Second)

  • District Number, Current Instruction/Service: CAPE (First)

  • District Number, Current Instruction/Service: CAPE (Second)

• Added the Career and Professional Academy Participant field to the Federal/State Indicator Status report.

• Added codes U and V to the Immunization Status validation table.

• Industry Certification Report changes:

  • Removed the Career and Professional Academy Identifier.

  • Updated code CISCO0004 to CISCO026 in the Industry Certification Identifier field.

• Student Demographic Information Report changes:

  • Removed the Primary Instructor Responsible and Reading fields.

• Dropout Prevention Program Data Report changes:

  • Added code H to Pretest Outcome – Math and Pretest Outcome – Reading validation tables.
