Populate Tables For Submission - TCS Submission

Menu path: Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Reports submenu, select Reports, and then select Populate Download Tables.

To Run the Populate Tables For Submission

  1. On the Populate Tables For Submission page, specify how you want to process the download. Refer to the Field Descriptions for more information on each field.
  2. Select the Teacher Course Download Type.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Review the log for errors.
FieldsDescription
School YearEnter the current school year.
Building ListSelect codes from the field's drop-down list, or click Asterisk to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.
Date RangeEnter the applicable start and end dates for the download.
Clear Records

Choose one of the following options:

  • Leave boxes unchecked if you do not want to delete any existing records.
  • Clear Existing Records - If checked, the download will only replace records that match the download criteria.
  • Clear ALL Records - If checked, the download will clear out all download records.
Download TypeSelect the Teacher Course record to process in the download.
Download InputsLeave these unchecked.
