State Submission Files
This section will explain the options used to create download records and edit files for a submission.
Menu Option | Description |

Populate Download Tables | Use this option to create the download records for a submission. The submission you select to process determines the download records which are created. Menu path: Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Reports submenu, select Reports, and then select Populate Download Tables. |
Create Extract Files | Use this option to create extract files for submissions. Menu path: Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Reports submenu, select Reports, and then select Create Extract Files. |
Submission Files | Use this option to scan download records for fatal errors and for warnings for invalid data. Menu path: Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Reports submenu, select Reports, and then select Submission Files. |
Additional Information
The Intra District Change/Summer Rollup extract will populate State Code Equivalent values instead of facility code. If the State Code Equivalent value in the validation table is blank, the state building equivalent value is populated. If both the fields are blank, the extract will populate whitespaces (fillers) in the facility code field.
