WA Staff Information
Menu path: From the Administration menu, select the Registration Setup submenu, select Building, and then select Staff.
Field | Description |

Type Code | Select the Staff Type code. |
Certify Type | Select the Certification Type for the staff member. |
TAS | Checked if the staff member provides Title I Services to students. |
TAS FTE | Enter the staff member's Title I Service FTE. Enter 50 percent as 0.5. |
SWP | Checked if the staff member provides School-wide Title I Services to students. |
SWP FTE | Enter the staff member's School-wide Title I Service FTE. Enter 50 percent as 0.5. |
| Start Year | Select the start year to retrieve staff data in the F file download based on the School Year. |
| End Year | Select the end year to retrieve staff data in the F file download based on the School Year. |
There are business rules on this page to ensure that a user does not select an invalid combination of Type Code and Certify Types.
- If Type Code is 91 or 99, Certify Type cannot be equal to 1 or 2.
- If the Type Code is 21, 22, 23, 24, 31, 32, 33, 42, 43, 45, 49, or 52 then Certify Type cannot be equal to 3.
- When Type Code is 63 the Certify Type must be 0.
