To ensure that the correct information prints in the Additional State Requirements section of the Washington Transcript, information regarding the status of a student's Graduation Requirements, test scores must be entered in the following manner for the following Tests

For graduation year 2020 and later, the Certify Academic Achievement or Certify Individual Achievement field is replaced by Graduation Pathway as per the state requirement.
For graduation year prior to 2020, if a student has not earned either the Certificate of Academic Achievement or the Certificate of Individual Achievement, a row of asterisks will print on the transcript. If a student has earned both, only the Certificate of Academic Achievement will print, as specified by the State.
Similarly, a row of asterisks prints on the transcript if the student has no score for Washington State Seal of Biliteracy.
Washington State Seal of Biliteracy and CEDARS Student Attributes and Programs (I) Records
For CEDARS Student Programs, test score information for WA Seal of Biliteracy will be used. The program WASSB - Washington State Seal of Biliteracy is being removed from programs along with the field on the WA Graduation Page.
The state code equivs (for each set) in the test definition for the score will create a program record.
Language state code equiv will be WSBLANG
Assessment Provider state code equiv will be WSBPROV
Earned Date state code equiv will be WSBEDATE
