March 2023 Major Maintenance Release

Modified the Industry Recognized Certification checkboxes in the existing WA Course Information page at the course level and Student course level to be replaced with 10 Input drop-down menus. All the fields are populated with the same validation table data and retrieved into the downloads.

Updated the CEDARS download warning message being displayed for Transitional Kindergarten:

Warning Message: The Placement Test Score for Kindergarten students should be 0. if the Grade is K1 and the Placement Test Score (J20) is other than 0.

Warning Message: The Overall Placement Test Score for Kindergarten students should be 0.0. if the Grade is K1 and the Overall Placement Test Score (J23) is other than 0.0.

Added the business validation for the WA CEDARS Initial Evaluation/Eligibility Timelines (U) download:
”Reason for IEP Developed After Third Birthday (U12) must be NULL if the Outcome of Initial Evaluation/Eligibility (U10) is 4/5/6 and when the Date of IEP Meeting (U11) is before the student’s third birthday or after their fifth birthday.”
