Added a validation check to allow '0' as the second and fourth digits in the Test Scale Score for Kindergarten students with an entry code having a State Code Equivalent value of 1, 2, or 3 and populate the following error messages if the validation fails:

• The second digit in Test Scale Score for the student should be between 0 and 6.
• The fourth digit in Test Scale Score for the student should be between 0 and 6.

Added a validation check to allow '0' as the second and fourth digits in the Test Scale Score for Kindergarten students with an entry code having any other State Code Equivalent value including blanks or nulls whose entry date is ON OR AFTER January 1 of the current school year and populate the following error messages if the validation fails:

• The second digit in Test Scale Score for the student should be between 0 and 6 if the entry date is ON OR AFTER January 1 of the current school year.
• The fourth digit in Test Scale Score for the student should be between 0 and 6 if the entry date is ON OR AFTER January 1 of the current school year.

Added a validation check to not include “0” in the second and fourth digits with an entry code with any other State Code Equivalent value including blanks or nulls whose entry date is BEFORE January 1 of the current school year, and populate the following error messages if the validation fails:

• The second digit in Test Scale Score for the student should be between 1 and 6 if the entry date is BEFORE January 1 of the current school year.
• The fourth digit in Test Scale Score for the student should be between 1 and 6 if the entry date is BEFORE January 1 of the current school year.
