The Qualified Requirement Groups field in the Graduation panel shows the supplemental requirement groups the student has successfully completed, based on running the WA Completer Calculation. The calculation checks student mark reporting records for courses set up with CIP codes. Then, the calculation checks requirement groups that include these courses to see if the student met the associated credit requirements.
The Federal Graduation Rate Year field in the Graduation panel will hold the data for the Graduation Requirements Year field in the District Student file (element B26). When the student enters 9th grade, update the value in this field to reflect his/her Graduation Requirements Year. Once set, this value should NOT be changed unless a data entry mistake is made. If the student's expected graduation year changes, update the Graduation Year field.
This data is only required for students in grades 9-12.
