You should enter the student's Home Language and Primary Homeroom (required if your VA Configuration page is set to HR for Homeroom for the NAEP Homeroom Identifier field in the Student Record Collection file). If you need to report the student with a Responsible Division Code other than your district's Division Code in the Student Record Collection, click on the Alternate District hyperlink to update the program-tracked value (program state code equiv of ALTDIS).

If you need to report the student with a Responsible School Number different than his/her Entry/Withdrawal building in the Student Record Collection, click on the Alternate Building hyperlink to update the program-tracked field (program state code equiv of ALTBLD).

If you need to report the student with a Serving School Number different than his/her Entry/Withdrawal building in the Student Record Collection, select the appropriate building on the Alt Accountability Building field to update the program-tracked field (program state code equiv of ALTSERV).
