Troubleshooting TSDS Error Messages
Common TSDS error messages and possible causes and corrections for those error messages are listed below.

Values Do Not Match with TSDS Unique ID System | This error usually occurs when eSchoolPlus InterchangeStudentExtension demographic data such as birth day or first or last name differs from what is in the TSDS Unique ID system for the same student unique id. |
Values Not in Scholwhs.Stud_Snapshot Table | This error can occur when a unique id specified in the eSchoolPlus InterchangeStudentEnrollmentExtension file does not exist in the TSDS Unique ID system. |
Values Not in Scholwsh.Course Table | This error can occur when the eSchoolPlus StaffResponsibilitiesExtension complex type in the InterchangeStaffAssociationExtension file references a service id that was not included in the InterchangeEducationOrganizationExtension file. |
Values Not in Scholwhs.Staff_Snapshot Table | This error can occur when the eSchoolPlus StaffResponsibilitiesExtension complex type in the InterchangeStaffAssociationExtension file references a staff id that was not included in the Staff complex type in the version of the InterchangeStaffAssociationExtension file created by the HR/finance software and loaded separately. |
