You can process the Instructional Program Crosswalk through the TX Instructional Program Crosswalk (TXTB_PROGRAM_CROSSWALK) - Texas State Reporting Validation Table. Only unique and the first records insert into the table, considering the School Year, Building, or Calendar State Code. This defines the Instructional Program Type for the ReportingPeriodExtension and CalendarDateExtension complex types.

The TX Instructional Program Crosswalk displays as an option in the Copy Setups utility and you can be copy it from year-to-year through the utility. When you process Copy Setups from one building or one school year to another, it copies the data forward to the new building or school year.
