You can process the Instructional Program Crosswalk through the TX Instructional Program Crosswalk (TXTB_PROGRAM_CROSSWALK) - Texas State Reporting Validation Table. Unique and the first records are inserted into the table, considering the School Year, Building, or Calendar State Code. This defines the Instructional Program Type for the ReportingPeriodExtension and CalendarDateExtension complex types.

The TX Instructional Program Crosswalk displays as an option in the Copy Setups utility, and you can copy it from year to year through the utility. When you process Copy Setups from one building or school year to another, it copies the data to the new building or school year.
