January 2023 Major Maintenance Release

Updated the FitnessGram download and extract to match the 2022-2023 FitnessGram requirements:

• The Gender field has been renamed as SexAssignedAtBirth.
• The Race Ethnicity field has been replaced by breaking out into individual races/ethnicities: Hispanic or Latino Ethnicity, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African American, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, and White.
• Individual Races and Ethnicities are determined from the Personal page.

Updated codes for the IBC Vendors.

Updated codes for the Industry Certification Licensure.

Updated the Student Download and TREx schema to support 4-character code.

Archived the Revision fields and re-ordered the remaining fields on the District Defined PEIMS Demographics and PEIMS Demographics Program pages.

Updated the Special Ed Program extract to make sure data with white space is not output into empty tags.

Updated the code to prevent empty tags from outputting when data contains only spaces in the Student Special Ed Program records for SELA and ECDS-PK submissions.

Updated the processing to prevent empty tags from outputting to the Child Find records.

Added exemption codes 0, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, or B in the Core Test Scores validation table Override reasons and allowed them to be output as Performance Reason in the TREx Export.

Updated security for the TX regulatory student pages.
