Credit Recovery Setup

Menu path: From the Administration menu, choose General Setup, choose District District Defined, and then select Credit Recovery Setup.

The reporting period fields are required if you select Load from Summer School.

  1. Select Maintain Totals Only to maintain student information only. Leave this field blank to maintain attendance information by course. You will need to manually enter minutes rather than update them from the attendance information in summer school.
  2. Select Load from Summer School if students are scheduled in summer school. Leave this field blank if the district does not have any buildings scheduling summer school. You will need to manually enter minutes rather than update them from the attendance information in summer school.
  3. Select the start and end dates for reporting periods 7 and 8.
  4. Enter the marking period for reporting periods 7 and 8.
  5. Click Save.
