Student Competency Free Text Page
Use the Student Competency Free Text page (Grade Reporting > Student Competency Free Text) to enter and record free text comments for a student. You can search for a student and enter free text for any students even if they are not in a competency group assigned to you. The free text comments are printed on the students' report cards.
To search for students by first name, last name, or student ID, you can use partial entries to find names containing the characters entered.
To search for students assigned to a specific teacher's homeroom, you can search by the homeroom number or the teacher's name. Enter the name in the format of LAST NAME, FIRST NAME.
