Attendance By Photo Page

Use the Attendance By Photo page (Attendance > Photo) to enter attendance information for students using an interactive set of student pictures arranged as a seating chart.

In Attendance by Photo mode, each student's photo displays with overlaid A, P, and T buttons. Depending on your Teacher Access setup, the background color for a student's photo may change after an attendance code is entered for a student.

If the office entered an attendance code, a red O displays above the photo. Move the pointer over it to see the entered code.
