Access Teacher Access Reports

When you run a report, the report file displays on the Reports pane of the Home page so you can access the report at a later time.  

View Teacher Access reports

  1. Click
     Home to display the Home page.
  2. Scroll down to the Reports pane at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the report name link for the report you want to view.
  4. The report displays in your current browser window. You can use the Adobe Acrobat Reader options to navigate the report.
  5. To return to the Home page, click

Save a report to your computer

Open a report by clicking the report name link, and use Adobe Acrobat's save feature.

Internet Explorer only: The Internet Explorer browser also supports a right-click save feature that lets you save the report without opening it. To use this feature,

  1. Right-click the report name link.
  2. Select Save Target As... from the menu.
  3. In the Save As window, browse to the directory on your computer where you want to store the report. You may also change the file name.
  4. Click Save.
  5. On the Download Complete window, select Open, select Open Folder, or close the window.

Delete reports

  1. Select the reports you want to delete:
    • To select individual reports, click the delete box for each report you want to delete.
    • To select all reports for deletion, click the box on the column heading row. Subsequent clicks of the column header delete box will toggle between selecting all or selecting none of the individual reports.
  2. Click Delete at the bottom of the Reports pane to delete the selected reports.
  3. Click Yes in the Delete confirmation box to finalize deletions.
