Teacher Schedule Matrix Page

For each teacher, this report lists the courses scheduled for each period in a grid format. Open slots can be easily spotted

Run Teacher Schedule Matrix Report

  1. Make sure that you are in the correct environment (current year or next year).
  2. Select Scheduling > Student Schedules > Post-Scheduler Reports > Teacher Schedule Matrix.
  3. Specify the report options.
  4. Click Run.
  5. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Building

Building to include in the report.

Marking Periods

Select the marking periods or other durations to include in the report.

Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click

(asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.

Print Teachers Without Courses

Checked if the report should include all active teachers from the Staff Catalog, including those who do not have courses assigned in the Master Schedule. Unchecked to only print teachers with courses assigned.

Bell Schedule

If the building uses multiple bell schedules, select the bell schedule you want to use to display the teacher's matrix.
If the building does not use multiple bell schedules, you cannot access this field.

Log Statistics

Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs.

Sort Panel

Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
