Substitute Attendance Report Page

The Substitute Attendance Report provides substitute teachers with an alternate means to record attendance if your school does not allow substitutes to use Teacher Access Center.

For each class, a sheet is printed listing the students enrolled and indicates where the student is learning for the day. Lines are provided at the end of the class listings for the substitute teachers to print and sign their names. Once the sheets are submitted, office staff can use them to enter the attendance in eSchoolPlus. 

Run Substitute Attendance Sheet Report

  1. Select Attendance > All > Reports > Substitute Attendance Sheets.
  2. Specify the report options.
  3. In the Staff section, select the staff member and periods to include in the report.
  4. Click Run.
  5. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.
