Student Request Verification Page

This report lists students and their requests in a format that can be sent home to parents. It includes credit and alternate course information. Fee information and a parent signature line are optional.

Tip

To keep student requests together, we recommend always including last name, first name, and student ID in the sort. For example, if you want students to print in order by grade, use Grade as the first sort field, then Last Name, First Name, and Student ID.
