Student Request Summary Page
This report lists students and their requests. Grade, homeroom, counselor, and student priority are included. Course requests for a student are listed in alphabetical order by course code.
If desired, students without requests can be included.
To list students who do not have requests, run the Scheduler Error Scan report's Registration Scan option (Scheduling > Student Schedules > Student Scheduler > Scheduler Error Scan).
Run Student Request Summary Report
- Make sure that you are in the correct environment (current year or next year).
- Select Scheduling > Student Schedules > Pre-Scheduler Reports > Student Request Summary.
- Specify the report options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Prompts Panel
Field | Description |

Building | Building to include in the report. |
Scheduling Interval | Select the scheduling interval for the course requests to include. |
Request Type | The type of requests to include. Select: A - All - to include all requests regardless of type. |
Include Students With No Requests | Checked to include students who do not have requests entered; leave unchecked to only print students with requests. |
Include Only Students Outside Min and Max Credits | Checked to print only students who have not requested an appropriate number of credits. When this checkbox is selected, you can access the Minimum Credits and Maximum Credits fields. Minimum Credits Enter the number of credits to use to find students who have not requested the minimum credits. Enter 0.00 if you do not want to use minimum credits to select students. Maximum Credits Enter the number of credits to use to find students who have requested more than the maximum credits. Enter 999.99 if you do not want to use maximum credits to select students. |
Mark Scheduled Courses | Checked if you want requests that have been scheduled to print in color and bold. If the box is unchecked, there will be no indication whether a request has been scheduled. |
Log Statistics | Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
