Criteria for Student Groups
Student groups for OCR rely on using dates to select the appropriate students.
You can use 01/01/1900 and 12/31/3000 in a date filter to indicate that you want to use the date variable defined for the option you are running.
- For the PerformancePLUS export, 01/01/1900 will be replaced by today's date when you run the export.
- For the Civil Rights Data Collection Part 1, 01/01/1900 will be replaced by the date specified for the collection. For the IDEA count, 01/01/1900 will be replaced with the IDEA Disability Date entered on the OCR District Setup.
- For the Civil Rights Data Collection Part 2, 01/01/1900 will be replaced by the School Year Start Date entered in the OCR District Setup and 12/31/3000 will be replaced by the School Year End Date entered in the OCR District Setup.
- Note that the Preview Student List option will always use today's date in place of 01/01/1900.
Your filter may need to find students who have an open record for a program.
To check that the filter returns the correct list of students, click Load then view the students in the Student Preview panel.
