Simple Tally Page
This report summarizes the requests per course for selected groupings. For example, if you select Grade as the grouping, the report shows the number of requests per grade for each course. Besides the breakdown, the report includes course codes, descriptions, departments, and priorities, as well as the total requests per course.
The report will only include students whose next year building is the building you are processing. Students whose next-year building is different will not display on the report.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Building | Building to include in the report. |
Scheduling Interval | Select the scheduling interval for the course requests to include. |
Grades | Select the grades for printing scheduling tallies. |
Request Type | The type of requests to include. Select: A - All - to include all requests regardless of type. |

For example, selecting Gender displays F (Female) and M (Male) as the first two columns. Select: Classification - to display the total requests per course for each student classification. Up to nine classifications can be selected in the next field. Log Statistics | Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
